As San Diego returns to the purple tier, restaurants and breweries must change their seating arrangements yet again. With this third round of shutdowns, restaurants must cease indoor seating and move guests outdoors as of November 16th. As always, restaurants are still able to operate their takeout and delivery operations. This shutdown proves difficult for restaurants and breweries, but as we have learned over the past eight months, now is the time to adapt!
Thankfully, we have a charming rooftop patio! With the temperatures dropping, we want to keep our customers comfortable, so we made sure to bring the heat lamps up. Our spacious outdoor patio provides guests a great setting to relax and catch up with one another while still maintaining social distancing. Our cozy rooftop and heat lamps make the perfect place to warm up and have some fun after a busy day. Looking for some winter comfort food? Our Doom Stew is a doppelbock braised beef with mixed veggies and house made herb broth. It comes with a toasted baguette and pairs perfectly with our fall beer, the Mt. Doominator Doppelbock.
This time of year is a time to catch up with friends, have great conversations, and enjoy some incredible food! If you’re worried about having friends over in the closed space of your home, our outdoor patio provides a cozy open-air environment. Life can get crazy, so remember to take a moment to get your friends and family together for an evening full of food, drinks, and laughter. Just remember, we can only seat parties of 6 people max.
To follow the city of San Diego’s new guidelines, we ask that our guests continue to wear a facemask when walking through the restaurant but can take them off when seated and eating. Groups are welcome, but we can seat no more than six people together. Our hours remain the same:
Wed-Fri: 4–9 p.m.
Sat: 12–9 p.m.
Sun: 12–7 p.m.
If you want to enjoy our New Zealand comfort food from your own home, we offer food for carryout, where you can place your order and schedule a pickup time, all from our website! We thank everyone who continues to support us, and we’ll see you soon!
