Kairoa’s Outdoor Dining
Following the busy holiday, San Diego’s restaurant industry faces more pandemic-related restrictions as we see a surge in local COVID-19 cases. With the restrictions on restaurants continually changing, this is this most recent update: indoor seating is now closed for at least three weeks (from July 7th), alcoholic beverages are only available for purchase with food, and all guests must leave by 11 p.m. Fortunately, to avoid a complete shutdown of restaurants, the state is permitting outdoor dining. Along with this, restaurants can continue takeout, delivery, and drive-thru operations.
Kairoa has been working hard to follow social distancing and safety guidelines, and we’re happy to let you know that we are still open! We can serve guests on our one-of-a-kind outdoor dining area. So come by and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and our spacious rooftop patio that allows for social distancing. It’s the perfect place to view the sunset while decompressing from a busy day.
Kairoa is now open from Wednesday – Friday 4-9, Saturday 12-9, and Sunday 12-7. Following the safety guidelines, we ask that customers continue to wear face masks whenever they are not seated/eating. If you want to stop by with friends or family, we ask that parties are no larger than six people.
We want to thank everyone who has come out safely and supported Kairoa over the past couple of weeks/months. We can’t wait to see you on the patio!
